Tweedie’s CookSchool is designed for those who have a love of food and a desire to learn more about preparation and cooking.

Through half day courses, the school provides a hands-on opportunity to develop culinary skills in a supportive and informative environment.

“Feasting on Fish”

The selection, preparation and cooking of fish, crustacea and molluscs with accompanying sauces, stocks and garnishes

€170 per student, includes all food, recipes, apron - and lunch for 2 with wine

€150 for previous Tweedie’s Cook School graduates, including lunch for 2 with wine.

“A Taste of Tweedie’s” 

An introduction to the Tweedie’s Cook School including bread making, pasta making, chicken and fish recipes and making desserts - all turned into a delicious lunch for you and your partner to enjoy.

€135 per student including all food, recipes, apron and lunch for 2 with wine.

€115 for previous Tweedie’s Cook School graduates, including lunch for 2 with wine.

“Barbecuing with Craig”

From charcoal to table - techniques and tastes to get the most from your barbecue.

€135 per student including all food, charcoal, recipes, apron and lunch for 2 with beer.
